Sizing

Our sweatshirts are a relaxed unisex fit.

• For women: Designed to be worn slightly oversized — no need to size up.
• For men: Take your usual size, or size up for a looser fit.

Ladies equivalent sizing:

XS – UK 8
S – UK 10
M – UK 12–14
L – UK 16–18
XL – UK 20
XXL – UK 22–24

Production & Quality

All artwork is professionally digitised to ensure the highest embroidery quality and durability.

To achieve the best stitched result, minor adjustments may be made during digitising, including:
• Slight thickening of very fine lines
• Minor spacing adjustments
• Small simplifications where necessary
• Thread colour adaptations based on availability

A digital proof will always be sent for approval before stitching begins.

All garments are made to order in-house.

Returns & Personalised Items

As each item is made to order and personalised specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve this promptly.
