Production & Quality

All artwork is professionally digitised to ensure the highest embroidery quality and durability.

To achieve the best stitched result, minor adjustments may be made during digitising, including:
• Slight thickening of very fine lines
• Minor spacing adjustments
• Small simplifications where necessary
• Thread colour adaptations based on availability

A digital proof will always be sent for approval before stitching begins.

All garments are made to order in-house.

Please check the dispatch timer at the top of this page for current turnaround times.

We currently deliver to the UK & Ireland.
