How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order in-house in Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. For portraits and photo designs, it's 3–5 working days after you approve your proof.

Will I see a proof?

Yes, for portraits and photo designs. You'll get a digital proof by email within 2 working days, and we only start stitching once you've approved it.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the UK and Ireland only. UK delivery is from £4.50 and Ireland is £8.50. See our shipping information for details.

What's the last order date for Christmas?

3 December. We'll update this if it changes.

Can I return my order?

As everything is personalised and made to order, we can't accept returns unless your item is faulty. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

How do the sizes fit?

Our sweatshirts and hoodies are a relaxed unisex fit. Ladies, there's no need to size up. Men, you might want to go up a size for a looser fit. See our size guide for exact measurements.

Can you embroider my business, school or club logo?
