Turnaround

Everything is made to order in-house in Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. For personalised portraits and designs that need a proof, this is 3–5 working days from when you approve your proof.

We don't dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays. At busy times, such as the run-up to Christmas, orders may take a little longer, and we'll contact you if there's a significant delay.

Delivery options

• UK Second Class: £4.50 (up to 4 days)
• UK First Class: £6.00 (up to 2 days)
• Ireland, Parcelforce: £8.50 (up to 4 days)

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the UK and Ireland only.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please get in touch at hello@tedandstitch.co.uk and keep any packaging, so we can help sort it out.
